Where we ship
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If a location isn’t supported, it won’t be shown.
Order processing (handling time)
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday; excluding Sundays and U.S. holidays).
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Delivery estimates (carrier transit time)
- Typical transit time: 3–6 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Total estimated delivery window: 4–9 business days from the time you place your order (processing + transit).
- Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to destination, weather, carrier capacity, or peak seasons.
Shipping fees
- Flat rate: $6.00 per order (shown at checkout before you pay).
- Any promotional/free-shipping offer will be clearly labeled and applied at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require an additional reship fee.
Lost/late packages
If tracking shows delays or a delivery issue, contact the carrier first using your tracking number, then message us with your Order # at [email protected] so we can help.
